線と余白のアート
UNLIKE A PEN, A BRUSH CAN MAKE LINES THICKER OR THINNER, RIPPLE OR SOMETIMES BLEED AS IF CRYING, AND DIRECTLY EXPRESS ONE'S THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS.
THE SKILL OF THE BRUSH AND THE QUALITY OF MY WORK WERE RECOGNIZED, AND FOR TWO YEARS IN A ROW IN '17 AND '18, I WAS RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE TOP THREE IN JAPAN.
THE AUTHORʼS FEELINGS ARE PROJECTED ONTO MY WORKS BY MOVING BRUSH IN VARIOUS RHYTHMS, SOMETIMES VIOLENTLY, SOMETIMES GENTLY, AS IF PLAYING MUSIC.I BELIEVE THAT THE THOUGHTS BEHIND THE WORDS TRANSCEND LANGUAGE BARRIERS.
AT THE SAME TIME, WHAT YOU SHOULD ENJOY IS THE “BLANK SPACE,” THE WHITE AREA AROUND THE LINES THAT LOOKS AS IF NOTHING IS DRAWN. I DRAW MY WORKS THINKING THAT THIS IS THE MAIN PART OF THE WORK. THIS IS THE VERY SPIRIT OF JAPANESE CULTURE, WHICH VALUES THE INVISIBLE.IN THIS DAY AND AGE, WE ARE BOMBARDED WITH TOO MANY COLORS AND INFORMATION.I HOPE THAT YOU ENJOY THE JOURNEY OF IMAGINATION WITH MY PAINTED BLANK SPACE.筆はペンと違い、線を太くしたり細くしたり、波打たせたり、時 に泣いているようににじませたり、自分の考えや感情をダイレ クトに表現できます。時に激しく、時に優しく、音楽を奏でるように、さまざまなリズムで筆を動かして作家の気持ちを作品に投影しています。言葉の裏にある想いは言葉の垣根を超えると信じています。同時に楽しんでほしいのは線の周りにできた何も描いていないよ うに見える白い部分、「余白」です。むしろこちらが主役だと思 って作品を描いています。見えないものを大切にする、まさに日 本文化のスピリットです。 たくさんの色や情報があふれ過ぎている現代において、私の描いた余白で自由に皆さんが想像の旅を楽しんでいただけますように。
